How long is the warranty?
Limited 2 Year Warranty
What is covered?
This limited warranty covers the following components: hands, dial, markers and watch movement. This limited warranty does not cover the crystal, crown, strap, bracelet, or battery. Nor does it cover any damage that results from unauthorized or improper use, service, accident, impact, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Further, any damage caused by water intrusion due to accident, improper use, or negligence will not be covered.
Refund policyCancellations
All deposits are forfeited when an order is cancelled before completion.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are not allow because each watch is hand crafted to order. If your watch is damaged during shipping or encounters a defect Midnight Havoc Watches will repair or replace your watch.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
